Founded by Irene in 2025, Welnest emerged from her personal journey of discovering that true wholeness happens when faith becomes the foundation of every wellness practice. What started as a calling has grown into a community of believers seeking to honor God with their whole being—body, mind, and spirit.

Founder's Note
